Gym Thoughts

Previously, I went to the gym at work at lunch time. Because of this, I have a 30 minute gym routine almost perfected. Cycle 10km, some weight training, then a quick run or a blast on the cross trainer to cool down. We’re moving offices in a week and the gym in the new building won’t be free, so I’ve started going to the gym at home instead in the evenings.

I’ve discovered that if I go for more than 30 minutes, I reach the end of my routine and I literally don’t know what to do with myself.

Incidentally, having a gym in your building is great and I love the convenience of it. I’ve only been a few times but even with the size of building we live in it’s been empty every time.
